Serial leaker Jon Prosser says he’s been talking with Apple all along, even as court records suggest he ghosted the company entirely.
Prosser is being sued by Apple for divulging trade secrets relating to its iOS 26 redesign
On Monday, it was learned that Jon Prosser — the leaker at the center of Apple’s ongoing lawsuit — reportedly missed the deadline to respond to Apple’s complaint. Less than a day later, he’s insisting that’s not the case.
“All I can tell you is that regardless of what is being reported, and regardless of what the court documents say — I have, in fact, been in active communications with Apple since the beginning stages of this case,” Prosser told The Verge.
